Android App Issues

Apologies if this has been covered, but I can't find the answer anywhere...

The app on my HTC Wildfire S won't download any lessons or sync flashcards- every time it says

"Sorry, we could not retrieve the lesson's data from website"

I've tried 1) deleted the app and reinstalling, 2) on wifi and my mobile's network.

Any idea what's going on?

No problems now! I have no idea why- especially as I'd already had the newest app downloaded. I am in China, so it seems maybe the firewall was getting moody?

Hello Kingbee, 

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. First of all, do make sure you’re using the latest version of the Android app (version 2.1.6.), check by opening Settings in your app. If not, please update it with Google Play (ex Android Market). 

 Also, could you let me know, are you currently located in China?
