Download Lessons?

New to the site, and I've subscribed.  I cannot find any help on how to download lessons so I can put them on my iPod.  I have to sit at the computer, and I can't do that every day.  Help!  Ideally, I'd have them downloaded to the Podcasts on iTunes, but I can't figure out how to do that.
