Help!

I want to be able to type/read characters, but the computer won't show them.

I have the instructions to set it up. It says to go to the control panel, but I can't find it.

Does anyone know where the control panel is?

I'd like to add, once you're in the Control Panel, you'll find "Regional and Language Options". There, you'll want to ensure that you've installed East Asian languages (in the Languages tab) and then click the "Details" button to make further adjustments.

Hi bethanysdress,

You should be able to find "control panel" by clicking on the start menu. One of the options on this menu should be "control panel". If you can't find it anywhere, you can click "start", then select "run". Type "control panel" in the box, click "OK" and it should appear.
