last days comments just disappeared

I am very very sorry about that. It looks like a related issue to comments, i.e. you might have added the words when the server crashed. We are working with the tech team to determine the scope of the problem and what caused it. I will report back on the progress. But I am not sure if we could retrieve the data. Again, my sincere apologies. I've also sent you a personal email to your registered ChinesePod email address. Please check.

I am not sure if this is related but my "vocabulary list" just made a travel back in time.
I added about 70 new words into my vocabulary list on Sunday. Today all those 70 added words have disappeared (they were there yesterday). The older words are still there.

I've already checked with the tech team about this. There were some comments I was hoping to respond to, but unfortunately, it looks like they will not return to us. I encourage you and everyone else to resubmit your comments.

One of the servers which hosted our comments broke this morning.The backup server did not update the information on time. It had about 2 hours delay. We are looking into why that happened now.
