why do most of my flashcards say "download failed" when i try to download audio?!

That didn't work...2 out of 8 flash card sets download fine... The rest say download failed.  Audio downloads ok.

 

Thoughts?

Are you using a data connection or wifi?

Hi,

Please try the following：

Log out of the ChinesePod app, and then clear your cache and cookies (Settings -> Safari -> Clear Cache and Cookies/Clear Browsing Data).

Then try logging back in.

Do you also have trouble downloading the lesson audio material?
