unable to access premium account study materials

I have a premium subscription with CP, which was renewed on December 1, 2011 and set to expire on January 1, 2012, but I haven’t been able to access the premium study tools for three days now. I keep getting the “This is Premium Content. Consider upgrading for full access to all study tools” message pop-up.  Does the system think my account has expired???? What can I/CP do to fix this asap. Thanks.

Thanks for contacting us. I believe we also were in contact last week? I have extended your account again to make up for that lost time. It will expire next week. Please let us know if you have any other trouble.
