trouble with automatic billing
I have the premium subscription and when they take the montly payment out, I then get locked out of my lessons and it takes days before I can reach customer service and they fix the problem. This is extremely annoying because sometimes I lose a week or more of lessons.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Thanks for fixing that John. We are happily re-immersed in ChinesePod. Thanks also for the link to Christmas Carols. My daughter LOVES them. She is diligently memorizing them.
