I can't access my content
I have tried to access my content today but it says that I didn't purchase a subscription. I have a premium subscription and the last invoice was paid on november the 24th. I'm writing this here because I've tried to submit a request on the help area but for some reason when i try to login, it doesn't recognize my e-mail address as a user. Please help me to fix it. Thanks.
