When i search for newbie lessons why doesn't it bring up a list of the newbie lessons?

Hi mjoseph00,

Kevin's hit the nail on the head here. The search tool only filters lesson names, not leves. In addition to following the link Kevin provided, you can also simply click on "Newbie" in your subscribed box (on the lower right side of the page) or by clicking "Newbie" alongside the lesson title.

The search probably doesn't check the level, just the title/content.  Try this link instead, it's probably what you're looking for:
