I'm new to chinesepod, nd I'm a little bit confused about the levels I'm subscribed to. I change the list so I'm just subscribed to intermediate. But on the "Home" page it still says: you are currently subscribed to newbie, upper intermediate and so on.

And this morning I got the Qing Wen lesson even though i unsubscribed it.

Oh and another thing I don't really understand what the self study rss feed is for.

Could any one please help me?

Hi Longjuanfeng,

I'm not sure why your lesson subscriptions didn't update. It's possibly something as simple as forgetting to click "update". I have just changed your settings, and they seem to have stuck.

The RSS feed can be used to automatically download your lessons. You can copy that address and then import it into iTunes (Advanced -> Subscribe to Podcast) or another reader and it will keep track of your lessons just like the Dashboard on our homepage.
