No access to account

Hello everybody,

I have purchased a basic subscription two days ago, but I still have no access to the corresponding lesson. I have written to the guys at the helpdesk, but no answer either. Is this a common practise here on Chinesepod?

I think I emailed you earlier in the day. Typically, we try to respond to support emails within twenty-four hours, but it's not always possible. I'm sorry for any delay.
