Agree with Zhen. I'd not come across that use of "ti2" to mean "to mention" before. Also, apologies for the goof in this transcript's title - it should of course be Wang Guan and not Wang Guang!

Well how about that. I thought it was "mention" also and 题 can mean to mention [and is ti 2nd tone]. I just obviously don't know my characters well enough because I didn't spot that it wasn't 提到的提。Thanks Zhen :)
