Bug on Dear Amber pages in Firefox?

November 18, 2007 at 03:52 PM posted in General DiscussionIs there some problem with the way the Dear Amber (and possibly the other Extras pages) load in Firefox on a Mac? I don't get a download button as I do on the other pages, although I can play the file through the audio player. Holding down after clicking (Mac equivalent of right clicking) doesn't work on this page either.

It seems fine to me, also using firefox on mac, and the mp3 downloads OK, using the Download word not its icon.

Thanks for the suggestions excuter. Tried this but no luck I'm afraid. I also tried sacrificing my convictions and using IE, but still nothing. I know I could listen to the files as I sit at the computer but I really would like to be able to load it on to the iPod like I do with the lessons.

Hi huasen,
have you tried to reload it? Maybe you have to clear your cache and reload it. :-)

November 19, 2007 at 05:21 PMHow peculiar, neither word nor icon appear for me. Did manage to get it via Explorer though, just had to scroll down further than I had hitherto. So Dear Amber is a green light. Thanks AuntySue.
