There is no trick. There is a very nice customer service lady at ChinesePod named Eileen. If you ask her nicely she just might be able to work some of her magic for you. Please be patient however. She is extremely busy. In my opinion she is one of the best and hardest working people that C-Pod has :)

yea, and Bazza with a B. I had the same problem. I just assumed something had changed since those that started early created their names? Or is there a trick to this?

I tried that, didn't work. I've seen names with several upper case letters. Like AZERDocMom and Man2Toe.

Maybe you can only have the first letter in uppercase?
