While old folks face loneliness and affordability issues, private nursing home operators face rising operating costs. Recently, the news of a group of young people in a nursing home in Hangzhou has become a hot topic.
原来，这家养老院推出了“陪伴是最长情的告白”志愿服务项目，年轻人可租住养老院的部分房间，月租仅三百元，但每人每月要为老人提供二十小时的志愿服务。
yuánlái ，zhè jiā yǎnglǎoyuàn tuīchū le “péibàn shì zuì chángqíng de gàobái ”zhìyuàn fúwù xiàngmù ，niánqīngrén kě zūzhù yǎnglǎoyuàn de bùfen fángjiān ，yuè zū jǐn sān bǎi yuán ，dàn měirén měiyuè yào wèi lǎorén tígōng èrshí xiǎoshí de zhìyuàn fúwù 。
It turned out that this nursing home launched the "Companionship is the most long-lasting" volunteer service project. Young people can rent rooms in the nursing home for a monthly rent of only 300 yuan, but each person must provide 20 hours of volunteer service for the elderly every month.
