What's the difference between these two?
生煎的皮厚一点，里面有汤汁。锅贴像饺子，底又香又脆。
Shēngjiān de pí hòu yìdiǎn, lǐmiàn yǒu tāngzhī. Guōtiē xiàng jiǎozi, dǐ yòu xiāng yòu cuì.
Shengjian has a thicker wrapper, with soup inside. Potstickers are like dumplings — the bottom is fragrant and crispy.
