Chen Jing, I feel like I’ve misjudged someone.
怎么了?我看你和张亮不是挺好的吗?
zěnme le ?wǒ kàn nǐ hé Zhāng Liàng bù shì tǐng hǎo de ma ?
What’s wrong? I thought things with you and Zhang Liang were going pretty well, weren’t they?
他好像背着我和他的同事在一起。昨天他说加班,我打他手机想关心他一下。可没想到他关机了。
tā hǎoxiàng bèizhe wǒ hé tā de tóngshì zàiyīqǐ 。zuótiān tā shuō jiābān ,wǒ dǎ tā shǒujī xiǎng guānxīn tā yīxià 。kě méixiǎngdào tā guānjī le 。
It seems he has been seeing a co-worker of his behind my back. Yesterday he said he was working overtime. I called his cell phone to show some concern for him, but never expected to find that he had his phone switched off.
什么?居然关机!不过张亮那么老实,不会有问题的。应该是手机没电了。
shénme ?jūrán guānjī !bùguò Zhāng Liàng nàme lǎoshi ,bùhuì yǒuwèntí de 。yīnggāi shì shǒujī méi diàn le 。
What? It's surprising that he would have his phone turned off. But Zhang Liang is so trustworthy, it shouldn’t be a problem. It’s probably that his battery died.
