I'll buy you a drink.
我不能喝酒。
wǒ bù néng hējiǔ 。
I can't drink alcohol.
怎么会不能喝呢？给我面子，喝一杯吧。
zěnme huì bùnéng hē ne ？gěi wǒ miànzi ，hē yī bēi ba 。
What do you mean you can't drink? Just have one to keep me cpmpany.
我会起酒疹，真的不能喝。
wǒ huì qǐ jiǔ zhěn ，zhēnde bùnéng hē 。
I'll get a rash, I really can't drink.
