7月17日，2026世界人工智能大会在上海开幕，中国国家主席习近平首次出席开幕式并发表主旨讲话。
Qī yuè shíqī rì, èr líng èr liù Shìjiè Réngōng Zhìnéng Dàhuì zài Shànghǎi kāimù, Zhōngguó guójiā zhǔxí Xí Jìnpíng shǒucì chūxí kāimùshì bìng fābiǎo zhǔzhǐ jiǎnghuà.
On July 17, the 2026 World AI Conference opened in Shanghai, and Chinese President Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony for the first time and delivered a keynote speech.
他表示，各国应抓住开源AI带来的历史性机遇，让AI成为造福全人类的公共产品，中国愿意帮助发展中国家发展自己的AI能力。
Tā biǎoshì, gè guó yīng zhuāzhù kāiyuán AI dàilái de lìshǐxìng jīyù, ràng AI chéngwéi zàofú quán rénlèi de gōnggòng chǎnpǐn, Zhōngguó yuànyì bāngzhù fāzhǎnzhōng guójiā fāzhǎn zìjǐ de AI nénglì.
He said that all countries should seize the historic opportunity brought by open-source AI, let AI become a public good that benefits all humanity, and that China is willing to help developing countries build their own AI capabilities.
大会期间，中国、俄罗斯、印度尼西亚、巴基斯坦、巴西、埃塞俄比亚等29个国家签署协议，成立“世界人工智能合作组织”，创始成员国大多来自亚洲、非洲和拉丁美洲。
Dàhuì qījiān, Zhōngguó, Éluósī, Yìndùníxīyà, Bājīsītǎn, Bāxī, Āisāi'ébǐyà děng èrshíjiǔ gè guójiā qiānshǔ xiéyì, chénglì “Shìjiè Réngōng Zhìnéng Hézuò Zǔzhī,” chuàngshǐ chéngyuánguó dàduō láizì Yàzhōu, Fēizhōu hé Lādīng Měizhōu.
During the conference, 29 countries including China, Russia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Brazil, and Ethiopia signed an agreement founding the “World AI Cooperation Organization,” with founding member states coming mostly from Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
