They cooperate with famous international schools and hire renowned international professors to come teach. They give managers from international companies a platform for study and exchange. What some schools have introduced is just related classes, certainly not an MBA degree. But a lot of people still come to sign up, which just goes to show that not everybody is doing it for the education.
