The sentence: 下次打死我也不来了 has four "third tones" in succession (....打死我也...). When there are four "third tones" like this, how do they change?

Is it da2 si3 wo2 ye3

OR

da2 si2 wo2 ye3

OR am I thinking too much? lol.

Is "打赌" always followed by the character “看”？

打赌 + 看 + (the bet)?
