would there be some way to differentiate between the verbs that take"le" and do not take it along the lines of transitive and intransitive verbs?

How would one go about toggling an expansion so that the English translation does not appear?  I mean, how does one toggle off the translation not one by one line but for the entire set of expansion exercises in a particular lesson?
