I wouldn't mind getting my hands on that DVD either. How about toss it into the movie madness jackpot. I got this week nailed!

Is there anyway to view the source articles for the media lessons in traditional characters? The simplification of characters may have improved literacy in china but its made me illiterate!

Yeah, I guessed it from the lesson intro. Not hard at all. But now that it's been posted I guess it doesn't count right?

one must really be careful when saying the word for surgical mask. It can be embarrassing if you happen to mispronounce or misread the second character as 交. Once I came upon a headline in a Chinese newspaper claiming that (口交koujiao) caused a bacterial infection. Without reading the article in detail I went into class and ask the teacher if we could discuss the article. I told her my girlfriend was always asking me to wear one of these but I refused. I was hoping this article would give me some leverage in our debate about wearing a surgical mask. The teacher turned red and declared that this article was not appropriate for a class with a female teacher. It wasn't until later I learned the that learned 口罩 (kǒuzhào)is surgical mask and 口交(koujiao) is the chinese term for oral sex.
