In the expansion, 不是。。。。吗?

there is a sentence,

can I say "他没去美国吗?" instead?

If it is Ok to say, then what is the diffrence

and which is the frequntely used one?

Another question is

In the previous comment,

if I wanna make a reservation call, one can say

我要预定位子, 四个人的 (Wǒ yào yùdìng wèizi, sì gè rén de.)

Instead of yùdìng, can I swich the verb with 订?

Hi

In the expansion sentences,

1. they are not coming with me : 他们不跟我来

I thought 不 should be in just front of the verb

like this, 他们跟我不来. Both 可以吗?

2. How many friends will come?

I thought the word order would be 几位朋友来?

but it is opposite 来几位朋友? Both are OK?

3. How many people are there?

几个人在那里?can I say like this, too?

Thesedays I am really into learning chinese and I feel fun and happy when I am listening to the energetic lessons of chinesepod. thank you~

before I learned that what's your last name is 您贵姓?

I found the expansion tap, and there is 你姓什么?

您贵姓?is a more polite way of asking  你姓什么?

both are used a lot in spoken language?

sorry, I mistyped "the ba"

I meant 发邮件吧 without 给我

then you mean "email 我" = “邮件我”?

so I can say "发邮件给我" or "邮件我" ?

thank you :)

Hi~ I'm always enjoying this pod, thanks

can I just say, "send me an email"

”发邮件把“ (without “给我”)

or do I always have to say with "给我" ?
