我知道我的问题跟今天的课文没有关系，但是我真想了解下面的结构:
“今年是哪一年？”，“今天是哪一天？”。
我语法的问题就是“年”和“天”之前为什么用“一”？“一”这个汉字在这儿表示什么？

I do not understand why in this sentence is used 了 and 是。。。的 pattern at the same time. Any clue?

Those houses shoud be protected or kept forever by "people, goverment", etc.

I do not understand the use of 弄得 in this sentence. Would it be possible to say: 你看，桌子上，地上都是一团糟。
