I agree that the parents were not overly cruel. I'm just wondering though....is this a common "first reply" to the question? I just couldn't imagine telling my kid I dug him/her up from a garbage bin........ Mind you, in Germany, children are delivered by a stork. No one seems to question this either (let alone ask "so where did the stork find me?").....perhaps the answer is "in a Chinese garbage can"?!

i hadn't been online for a while - and came back to find chinesepod with a whole new look and feel! i think the new interface may take a bit of taking used to but on the whole I think it's got a few nice touches. I will miss the old logo though..... :)
