I think she is saying "你要走后门儿, 是吗?" meaning "You are going to take the back door, aren't you?", implying getting in for free I suppose.

一个可有意思的请问，那个新的PDF-file也很有用啊！但我发现了一个错误，第三个例句因该翻译成"he's a full twenty years old...". 甚至ChinesePod不是完美的！ ;-)

At toilets here in China you sometimes see the words 来也匆匆去也冲冲(lai1ye2cong1cong1qu4ye2chong1chong1). The meaning is roughly that when you go to the toilet you are in a hurry(匆匆)and that when you are done you need to flush(冲冲). Since the characters 匆 and 冲 rhyme it's quite easy to remember.

今天的课文照常很有意思,可是我有一个问题: 怎么翻译 "我在和他说" 和 "我和他说"? 是什么差别?

(Todays lesson was interesting as usual, but I have a question: How to translate "wo zai he shuo" and "wo he ta shuo"? What's the difference?)

Is there a chinese character for the sound meow? I have two sphynx cats (hairless) so I don't have to worry about hair. However, I do have to worry about them staying warm. :)
