I don't think they do. I lived in Taiwan for a couple of years and I never saw or heard of anyone playing it. I don't remember seeing it sold anywhere either

so should I expect my friends in China to know what 愚人节 is? If I play a practical joke on them and then say“ 呵呵，今天是什么日子？ 愚人节！” ， are they going to look at me like I'm a madman from the wild west, or will they know what I'm talking about?
