其来历是”秦叔宝“要去救朋友，路过”两肋庄“这个岔道时，一条路可以去救朋友，一条路可以回家，他想回家看老母妻儿，但为了朋友，他没有回家。
“两肋庄岔道”体现出的深重“义气”，就被人们传为“两肋岔道，义气千秋’’。
后来却误传成了“在肋上插刀”。

You can say:

“我经常/常常 抽点...” is OK, but 常常每天... is incorrect.
For "I often have chocolate milk tea at lunch time", your can say: 我通常吃午饭的时候喝巧克力奶茶。
For "not often", both 不常常 and 不经常 are correct.
" 不通常“ is weird, we use ”通常不“.
For example: 我通常不去酒吧。

For 一点儿yīdiǎnr, we use （一）点儿+verb. or verb+（一）点儿
just like 快点儿跑kuàidiǎnrpǎo or 跑快点儿 pǎokuàidiǎnr (usually omit "yī")
as suggestions or demands. You can say:
你快点儿跑。or 你跑快点儿。
but not "ta kuai yidianr pao. (S/he is running faster.)
The sentence pattern is "verb.+得（de)+adj." .跑 is a verb, 快 is a adj. ,
so "ta pao de kuai." is OK. (S/he runs fast.)
"ta kuai de pao. (S/he runs quickly.)" is incorrect.
