We've reorganized it to help students find lessons of interest more easily, e.g. we've published a dozen Courses to give students mroe structure and guidance. Now, the Library is next to Home on the top left. Once you click through, you'd be able to browse lessons by courses, publishing date, channel, etc.

But the main difference is 期待 is used for things that you know will happen pretty soon and you are looking forward to the day it takes place. 盼望 can be used for things that you wish would happen but there's no assurance. However, in some cases, both words are fine. For example, you can use both of them for your salary payment.
