In a chinese restaurant (in Belgium) where I go sometimes we are able to hear both persones speaken chinese on the phone.
They don't realise I can understand a lot of what they are saying.
It's very amazing.
Hanging up goes very quickly.

You can type a word in "search" Lookup English pr Chinese. Then you find exemples in "glossary" end also lessons that use this word.

In Dutch language when we are lucky we say
"We are in the clouds".(walking in the clouds)
yun4 (lucky) is written with chuo4 (walk) and yun2 (clouds).

When you write "beleive" my brain reads "believe".
This is so with all other mistyped or miswrited words.
Is this the same with Chinese people when they write for exemple
我爱你 我爰你 meaning to say I love you.
Ai4 and yuan2 are very identical for me.
More specific in handwriting text.

PS I remark that in Belgium many Chinese people don't celebrate the Chinese Newyear because they don't life in China anywise (they say).
The "fuwuyuan" was very surprised when I gived hem a "hongbao" today.
