here I am once again in the frustrating situation of being unable to reach you ( emails, Help message, unanswered phone calls )...since two weeks now.....

Just wondering if you have some technical problems; after almost two weeks, finally I got a message form Grace and then Christian...but not any following up of any sort.....

please keep the good work you have shown in the past ( register since 2012)
