In chinese,people usually speak the word"派"(pai4) after the word "帮"，that's "帮派"（bang1pai4）.
My dear friends,If you like to read the gongfu stories or to watch swordsmen films of china,you can hear the word "帮派" usually.It means "faction"."a group of people forming a minority within a larger body, esp a dissentious group."
for example:
武当派（wu3dang1pai4）
昆仑派(kun1lun2pai4)
峨眉派(e2mei2pai4)
少林派(shao4lin2pai4)
崆峒派(kong1tong2pai4)
and so on.

The word "吗" and "么" sometimes is spoken in the same sound——（ma1）.In chinese, They are called "同音字"(tong2yin1zi4).
So,their meanings are same.

but there also is some difference between them.
"设计"is usually used as verb,in chinese.
在汉语中，“设计”往往在“格式”形成之前。
例如：制作网页的时候，通常是由网页设计师首先“设计”一下网页的版式，框架，颜色搭配等。（在这里“设计”是一个动词）。而“格式”是指（文字、图片等）在书面上（或网页）上显示的样式。
