I have been doing this "Answer & Question" format for more than a year and I know once you answer my questions the staff would not respond to me anymore. I am a Filipino-Chinese, I have relatives in China and my uncle has a business there too so I understand your enthusiasm in learning Chinese. I will ask around in the Orlando Chinese School if there are any adult students willing to skype with you.
