In expansion for word "对“ 我不能告诉你 the characters don't match with audio file. it plays dui bu qi. But Chinese characters don't exactly say that. Is this intentional? I think Chinese characters are misplaced and sound file is ok.

lustchina That is a very good reference you gave for recognizing and memorizing characters. What do you use for complete sentence creation?

Great lesson. I love the part where first tone is compare with English word "what". This makes it easier to remember and understand. I guess we can expect more lessons on tones. keep up the good work.

I have question about 是 (shi) When I want to say I am not good(bad) I wud say 我不好 but when I say I am from China I would say 我是中国人 How do we know when to use SHI and when not.
