It's apparently working now, thanks.  The glitch only seemed to have been present on that day.  It not only did not play the MP3 file on my ipod then, but it wouldn't play it on the stock Windows 10 player either so I knew it wasn't device specific.

When I try and download the lesson to my MP3 player and run it, it tells me the format is unsupported.  I never had a problem before today.  Can you please check into this.

I really struggle with the sentence  这就是这种东西其实就是牵涉到你怎么

用一种关系营销  when I attempt to break it down chunk by chunk.  I know the meaning of every word, but have a hard time putting the overall meaning into context.  The given translation does not seem to jive with the sum of the parts here.

Help!

I agree that it is advantageous not to have the supporting dialog transcripts for some lessons such as 'Media'.  It forces the listener to listen intently, listen repeatedly, make conjectures, assemble clues, rely on context, etc.

In other lessons, one would simply jump to the transcript, which has its benefits, but I agree with John that occasionally having a lesson that lacks this forces the  reader to employ other language learning skills.

The Shanghainese is an awesome idea. I thoroughly commend and applaud those who made it happen. I am one who actually hopes it gets extended beyond the original 10 lesson series.

And I bet, I'm not alone :)

Well Jenny, try this first. You'll be converted!

Step one - squeeze some fresh watermelon juice in a bowl.  It has to be sweet juice squeezed from a roughly 90% ripe watermelon.

Step two - melt some peanut butter over medium high heat.

Step three - add the peanut butter to the watermelon juice and mix in a blender

Step four - enjoy
