If you are a shoe lover or the one who always has problems to find perfect pairs which do not hurt your feet, you would love custom made shoes!
You can bring pictures of shoes or choose from lots of samples they have.

November 14, 2012, 04:49 PMI just picked up my first custom made shoes in Shanghai! They are actually 黑色的漆皮鞋子， too, so I found this lesson pretty funny.
When I went there, they didn't even ask my shoe size, they measured my feet from many different angles. Since my right foot and the left are slightly different in sizes, this way is waaay better than going by sizes.
I love my new pair of shoes, they fit like a miracle, no more blisters! It took about two weeks until fitting, then another two days to finish. If you don't mind going there three times (measuring, fitting and picking up), it's a really fun thing to do!

November 02, 2008, 05:12 PMI have never posted before, but I really want to show my appreciation this time and I feel this is way over due.
I enjoy the Qing Wen lessons so much. I have figured out that my Chinese level is somewhere between 中级and中高级, and I use this series of lessosns as daily warm-up and occasional review and found it very useful.
The Qing Wen lessons are giving us many examples of words and phrases' real life usage and sometime it's really difficult to get from textbooks we, Chinese learners overseas, rely on.
Thank you very much again and look foward to the future lessons!
