October 31, 2014, 02:21 AMZhè shì duōshǎo qián? is litterally, "How much is this?"
Zhè jiàn yīfú duōshǎo qián? is more specific, "How much is this piece/article of clothing?"
Shì zhè jiàn yīfú duōshǎo qián? I'm not sure what Shì is doing here at the front, I can't say I've heard someone say it this way before.

October 29, 2014, 02:20 AMI've noticed only a few taxi drivers using GPS in Tianjin, and even then it was probably just used as a back up if they didn't know how to get to your destination. Most drivers (even older ones) use new apps that help them get fares that have GPS built in so they know where to pick people up.
