Chinese people don't follow rules. This ban is a facade to make it seem like there's rules and order in China. "Rules and policies" are definitely not a Chinese concept.

I can't say I'm very surprised, because there's no sense of morals and ethics in China or among Chinese people. I was shocked at how decadent China is, and now I see, not for the first time, that even Chinese news sites are perverted and trashy.
