餐厅 is more common to use as restaurant in south China, right? 饭店 it's also restaurant but more common in North China? There are more words for restaurant in mandarin? or these two are the most important to memorize and learn? thanks.

Both means excuse me when I want to ask something for a person? The other question is about restroom. I’m used to say 厕所 this word is not polite? Should I don’t use this one anymore and start to use only 洗手？ Thanks

November 30, 2020 at 3:39 AMCarly is very cute teacher, she always speak very clearly! Easy to understand. This class was so good because I’m used to say 星期一。。星期二。。 for week days. I knew 周 only when I have to say 周末 weekend. So now I know how to say all week days using both types. Thank you :)

In the grammar review there is a sentence with the verb STAY we learned in this lesson, but it is 待 instead of 呆. Both are correct or just have typed wrong?
