October 23, 2020 at 2:22 PM•Very refreshing lesson with loads and loads of useful, every-day-life phrases, which one definitely won’t find in a text book.
•The lesson structure was slightly chaotic, and especially throughout the first half of it I had to pause a lot in order find out what has actually been said, as the actually useful phrases were shouted out quite randomly and fast. One can see that they enjoyed doing the lesson though, and that what makes it so refreshing.
•A little bit too much English use here fore an intermediate lesson.

October 18, 2020 at 8:48 AMI feel like there are so many ways to use the word 'even' in the English language, expressing so many different feelings, that it might be worth it to make a longer video on this. Here are some example sentences:
I haven't even eaten breakfast yet.
The room is so crowded that people even sit on the tables.
I don't even know how to translate these sentences.
Eva counts even numbers even in the evenings.
Am I right that there are even more ways than 连 and 甚至. to translate these meanings in Mandarin?

January 12, 2021 at 5:32 AM@BeccaChu 對，自己取的。海涅是一個德國詩人的名字。他的名字跟我真的名字有點像，而且我對佛教也有興趣，所以很適合。然後雷也是中文的姓對不對？因為也聽起來跟我的姓差不多，所以我把它選擇。：）
