That's a great question! 人 can mean person or people, but it means '"human body" in this sentence, you can also say "得到我的身体", "得到我的肉体".

It means "a win-win situation", and yes it is commonly used, especially in business or when you're trying to make a deal.

Hi yingyue, there's a lot of words in Chinese that used this phonetic translation technique, for example, 秀 (xiù) means to show, and it sounds just like English! Thank you for the wonderful suggestion.
