I think this would be helpful for you!

May 3, 2021 at 7:01 PMGood question! [bié kè qì] and [bù yòng xiè] are both possible responses to "thank you", and they can be interchangeable. I can't think of a situation where you need to use one but not the other. However, to me, [bié kè qì] sounds slightly more formal compared to [bù yòng xiè].
