Dilu: 对，订票的时候， 订票时。订票时弄错了，弄错了
John: OK, so here we have this word 弄， 4th tone, and it's kind of a synonym for you know, 做，meaning 'to do', but the exact nuances of the word are quite complicated, so I recommend you just memorise this as a phrase
Dilu: 嗯，就是 got it wrong, made a mistake
