How to Get Sound Files in Anki?

Hello fellow CPodders,

Does anyone know how to get the sound files for the vocab into Anki? I've tried it all and I'm at a loss...

Or, does anyone know what to do with the .xml file that claims to have audio built into the export?

I'm on a Mac. :)
