In part one, we will hear the emcee formally introduce the honourable guest up on stage as well as hear the first part of this guest's diplomatic rhetoric.

Good evening everyone! Welcome to this evening's summit.
本期论坛我们非常荣幸地邀请到了我校杰出校友，前国家外交部新闻发言人洪辉先生。洪辉先生现任职于国家外交部新闻司。在他担任外交部发言人期间，所经历的外交实务不可谓不丰富。

We're very honored to have a distinguished school alumnus at the forum this time, the former spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr Hui Hong. Mr Hong is currently Director-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Information Office. He dealt with what can only be described as a diverse range of international affairs during his tenure as spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
