Detective Li followed the shadow alone, reaching the inside of a large building.
经过了一条走廊，一道铁门，黑影突然窜入了一个房间。李探长赶紧跟了进去。
jīngguò le yī tiáo zǒuláng ，yī dào tiěmén ，hēiyǐng tūrán cuàn rù le yī ge fángjiān 。Lǐ tànzhǎng gǎnjǐn gēn le jìnqù 。
After passing through a hallway and an iron gate, the shadow suddenly darted into a room. Detective Li quickly followed it inside.
房间里有股味道，地上的瓷砖也有些湿漉漉的。
fángjiān lǐ yǒu gǔ wèidao ，dìshang de cízhuān yě yǒuxiē shīlùlù de 。
The room had a smell and the tiled floor was also a bit damp.
当李探长正试着摸电灯开关时，突然，房门被关上了，并从外面上了锁。
dāng Lǐ tànzhǎng zhèng shì zhe mō diàndēng kāiguān shí ，tūrán ，fángmén bèi guān shàng le ，bìng cóng wàimian shàng le suǒ 。
As Detective Li was feeling around trying to find the light switch, the door suddenly closed and locked from the outside.
