I know, but the parts are below standard. There's no way we can explain this to Y Factory! Furthermore, at the end of this year they're going to put out bids for suppliers again. Too many complaints won't be good for us.

They want their parts to be so good, but they only willing to give this amount of money. If we did everything according to their requests, we simply wouldn't make any money. For these kinds of stingy clients, it's better to just not deal with them.
