  Long term users of ChinesePod, Mingmao (Christine), joins us in the "studio" this week to ask her Qing Wen question in person. When taking pronunciation classes from her teacher, Mingmao discovered that certain phrases made her sound a bit rude or harsh. Today we try and help you figure out how to sound as polite as possible in a Chinese conversation, which will be especially useful when socialising and making friends.
