While not seen so much in Modern China these days, it is still a tradition seen in Taiwan and Hong Kong, and has lots to do with Chinese history and culture. Recently all the Taiwanese television advertisements keep talking about the "good brothers", what does that mean?

Ah, "good brothers", it means "ghosts".

Oh, but ghost month is the seventh month, no? This is already August.
